Job Summary
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for performing moderately complex business process analysis to determine potential needs. Work with internal customers to identify changes or improvements to the functionality and efficiency of these processes. Document business requirements and develop associated artifacts. Recommend information technology solutions to meet business needs. Plan develop and implement those solutions. Train employees on using new technology solutions.

- Perform moderately complex business process analysis to determine potential needs. Work with internal customers to identify changes or improvements to the functionality and efficiency of these processes. Identify communicate and prioritize needs improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
- Recommend information technology solutions to meet business needs. Plan develop and implement those solutions.
- Train staff on new or existing software systems and office procedures.
- Document business requirements and develop associated artifacts.
