Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support network infrastructure to ensure stable connectivity and performance.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access controls across internal systems.
- Install and configure hardware workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Provide helpdesk and remote support for technical issues and service requests.
- Perform system upgrades troubleshooting and repair coordination.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure.
- Comfort with hardware setup diagnostics and replacement.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to resolve issues independently.
- Experience supporting end users in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing workflows.
- Organized approach to documentation and system tracking.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
