Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Project Manager to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills operational expertise and a commitment to maintaining safety and professionalism across all projects.
Pay: $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Management: Submit supply orders via Coupa and coordinate with team leads on supply needs.
Training & Development: Complete ABM training and SOPs; ensure monthly safety training; train employees Leads and Supervisors; maintain accurate training records.
Site Oversight: Conduct face-to-face check-ins with site POCs; address audits and complaints; perform weekly equipment inspections; complete SWOP entries daily. Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful communication; ensure confidentiality; report violations and suspicious behavior.
Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling and attendance; update Epay punches; submit timesheets weekly; foster employee engagement; ensure safety compliance.
Additional Expectations: Adapt to new systems; maintain confidentiality; communicate effectively with employees clients and management.
