Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Qualifications:
- Must have a valid U.S drivers license.
- Must be reliable
- Minimum one year Customer Service experience required.
- Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
- Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
- CDK Drive experience helpful.
- Professional appearance and attitude required.
Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities
- Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
- Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
- Abiltiy to perform Multi Point Inspection
- Report to Management for additional job duties.
- Nights and Saturdays Required
- Schedule service appointments.
- Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines
- Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed
- Ability to communicate affectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
