Lunghamer Buick GMC is seeking a driven experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department with strong structure accountability and forward-thinking leadership. This is an opportunity for someone who understands that a high-performing parts operation fuels the entire dealership supporting service sales and an exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Lead & Own
Oversee all daily Parts Department operations including inventory strategy purchasing pricing and team performance
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support Service Body Shop and retail operations
Drive departmental profitability through strong gross margin control and obsolescence management
Ensure accurate GM parts ordering inventory accuracy and warranty compliance
Lead coach and develop a high-performing parts team
Partner closely with Service Sales and dealership leadership to drive results
Analyze KPIs and reports implementing process improvements where needed
Maintain a clean organized and professional department environment
What Were Looking For
35 years in a Parts Manager leadership role
GM parts experience strongly preferred
Experience working in Automate DMS (preferred not required)
Strong inventory management and financial performance background
Proven leadership communication and team development skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
