Reporting to theChief Growth Officer theVice PresidentProductStrategywillbe responsible forthestrategydevelopment and profitability of the Product Portfolio that will both meet current and emerging market leader willleadthe operating model business casedevelopmentand prioritiesleveragingthe Pragmatic Marketing Framework best practices to create industry leading solutions and market launches that will expand our reachwithin current andnew buyermarket role willhaveonedirect reportinitially and be accountable tobuild outthe structure needed to create a robust portfolio of role will need to effectively lead across functional teamto drive strategyprioritizationand development of new products/services acrossDigital Product Operations Clinical Legal/Compliance MarketingAnalytics Partner Success Business Developmentamongother key stakeholders.

The Day to Day

Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management

  • Drive market insights and key strategies for growth and competitive differentiation.
  • Manage the ProductLifecycleManagementframework and operating model for cross-company collaboration.
  • Build a portfolio ofprofitableproducts and services/features to support buyersegment current and unmet needs to achieve growth goals and market competitiveness.
  • Leadmarket insights and productresearchas well ascompetitive analysesto create differentiated solutions toremainahead of market trends.
  • Generate input into product concepts from key buyer group stakeholders to ensure alignment with growth projections/validate business assumptions.
  • Present priority portfolio investment recommendations toStriveLeadership with cross-functional partner alignment.
  • Lead full development of approved investments for full product market launch through scalable solution roll out (pilot proof of concept or full market launch).
  • Drive partnerships related to build buy or partner product solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing BusinessEconomicsHealthcare Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience inhealth care/care deliveryproductmanagementand/or productdevelopment with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years ofdemonstratedleadership of Productteamsin the healthcare industry including 5 yearsas a people leaderwith significant P&L impact and oversight.
  • Masters/MBADegreein a relevant fieldpreferred.
  • Experience with health care services care delivery and benefits for Medicare/Medicaid large Health Plan and Commercial ASO in addition to VBC full risk care management solutions.
  • Deepexpertise in Pragmatic Marketing Framework and Product Lifecycle Management Industry best practices.

Annual Base Salary Range: $173000 - $225000
