Were looking for an AI-First Growth Marketing Lead to own acquisition performance in Sweden. Your mission is simple and measurable:
Drive Gross Profit and Application Volume.
This role is for someone who thinks in outcomes not activity. You move fast test relentlessly and use data (and AI) to focus only on what improves commercial performance. Youll have full autonomy to execute and full accountability for results.
What youll own
Paid media & acquisition
Own Swedens performance across Google Bing Meta and other relevant channels.
Build and execute acquisition strategies that deliver clear commercial uplift.
Allocate budget dynamically based on what drives results kill noise double down on winners.
Identify and exploit opportunities unique to the Swedish performance landscape.
AI-driven speed efficiency & insight
Use AI to accelerate analysis iteration and testing of audiences and messaging.
Build automated/AI-assisted workflows that remove operational friction.
Apply AI to increase strategic clarity and improve decision quality faster.
Funnel performance
Improve conversion from click completed loan application by finding and fixing funnel bottlenecks.
Use data to isolate the real constraints and prioritize only changes that move outcomes.
Partner with Product and Tech to run tests tied directly to measurable uplift.
Performance Search & SEO Synergy
You dont need to be an SEO specialist but you must understand how Paid Search and Organic shape each others performance.
Partner closely with our SEO team to ensure your acquisition strategy strengthens not competes with long-term organic visibility.
Identify search intent overlaps where coordinated paid organic efforts can lift total traffic reduce CPA and improve market coverage.
Share insights test results and competitive signals between channels to improve overall search efficiency.
Use data to spot cannibalisation defend high-value intent and expand keyword reach through joint planning.
Work as one unified search engine team: different levers same commercial outcome.
Cross-functional leadership & alignment
Work tightly with the Business Unit to align marketing to commercial priorities.
Collaborate with Tech Partner Managers Sales to ensure acquisition supports growth targets.
Act as the performance bridge between Marketing and the Business Unit.
Spot dependencies early secure alignment fast and keep momentum high.
Influence decisions through transparent reporting sharp insights and outcome-first reasoning.
Analytics ownership & compliance
Own your KPIs: Application Volume and Gross Profit.
Make fast informed adjustments when performance shifts.
Maintain a working understanding of Swedish marketing and financial compliance.
Nordic collaboration
Contribute Swedish insights into the Nordic performance model.
Adopt proven Nordic playbooksand feed Swedens learnings back into the group.
What you bring
35 years of digital growth / performance marketing experience with strong results in Sweden.
Proven track record of improving performance metrics (CPA Gross Profit).
Strong Swedish performance copywriting and messaging instincts.
Analytics fluency: GA4 Excel/Sheets BI tools.
Genuine curiosity and confidence using AI to increase speed and reduce operational load.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
