Retail Operations Lead

Were looking for a techsavvy curious and solutionsoriented Retail Operations Lead to support our stores with smooth rollouts daily tech operations and exciting new retail projects. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

What you will do: 

• Support area teams and stores with retailtech solutions such as POS systems RFID store devices and incident escalation 
• Initiate lead and drive projects from idea to finalized assignment including timeline for all activities and productions  
• Work with local fulfilment initiatives  
• Create and contribute to training materials  
• Handle ongoing store maintenance in cooperation with H&M Tech and Network teams 
• Conducting testing and evaluating new tech solutions and tools 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 

Youll collaborate closely with the second Retail Operations Lead Area Teams and a broad network of teams. This role offers a wide range of touchpoints across the organisation and provides the opportunity to grow your internal network.  

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with  

• Background in retail or store operations 
• Strong interest in technology and new retailtech solutions 
• Experience coordinating store projects or rollouts 
• Solid structure and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks 
• Proficiency in the Office suite 
• Ability to work independently and ensure nothing is missed 
• Comfort communicating with many stakeholders across brands 
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a full-time temporary contract until end of January 2027 based at our Head Office in Södermalm Stockholm or remote.
