Manage each projects scope and timeline

Drive scrum ceremonies grooming planning sprints retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

Coach team members in Agile frameworks and scrum practices

Serve the organization and product management to better achieve their goals by applying empirical process control

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
-
Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items
-
Help the Scrum Team establish a strong focus on the Product Goal Sprint Goals and the Definition of Done
-
Help the team establish practices that enhance quality lowers technical debt and increase product value
-
Guide the product owner on arranging their Product Backlog to maximize value
-
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
-
Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
-
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders or Program managers)
-
Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur and hinders the teams work
-
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Help teams implement changes effectively

Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
