EY-Technical Project Management /Scrum master Consulting

EY GDS Consulting digital is looking out for experienced Project managers/Scrum masters to manage the end to end delivery of engagements. Resource will be part of Enterprise Content Management team delivering to clients across regions.

The opportunity

Were looking for resources with expertise in Project management/Scrum masters to join the group of our ECM Collaboration Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage program/project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned
• Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans
• Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables
• Create and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
• Anticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution
• Develop and manage plans to address program/project strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats
• The ability to manage prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Skills and attributes

• Basic Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles tools and techniques to develop/plan manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g. on time within budget).
• Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management Agile Experience Planning Experience
• Stakeholder Management Negotiation & Communication Skills
• Certified SAFe Practitioner to enable and train the team on SAFe and Agile best practices including Create and manage work item tracking in TFS tracking features PBI tasks and raising and escalating impediments as needed.
• JIRA/TFS/DevOps/Confluence
• Experience working with Office 365 SharePoint is good to have
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelors or masters degree
• A minimum of 9 years of experience preferably background in a professional services firm.
• Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
