We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and media sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential advertisers agencies and brands
Pitch digital advertising solutions (Display Video Native Performance etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable media plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops Campaign Management) for smooth execution
Track campaign performance and share reports with clients
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing / online advertising (preferred)
Confident proactive and target-driven attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint & email communication
