About the Role:
We are looking for a detail oriented analyst to support the operations of our Bank Statement Analyzer this role you will be responsible for reviewing system generated extractions correcting failures and ensuring the high accuracy of data processed from bank statements. You will play a critical role in refining our extraction models by identifying error patterns and contributing to ongoing product testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and Validate Extracted Data:
Correction of Extraction Failures: Review bank statements where the system-generated extraction fails; you are expected to review the document and make the necessary corrections manually to ensure data integrity.
Accuracy Checks: Identify and correct issues such as missing values incorrect figures duplicate entries or partial extractions.
Validation: Validate that extracted values are logically consistent and reflect the correct transaction details and dates.
Pattern Recognition and Prioritization
Error Pattern Analysis: Monitor and check for extraction error patterns to prioritize the error types that need to be fixed at the earliest.
Structured Feedback: Provide structured feedback on recurring issues or edge cases to enhance model accuracy.
Rule Development Support: Collaborate with the team to define validation rules that help detect omissions or inconsistencies automatically.
Testing and Continuous Improvement
Model Testing: Contribute towards the subsequent testing of new extraction models to ensure they meet quality standards before release. Participate in testing cycles for new product features or updates impacting data interpretation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience and Education
Experience: Candidates must have 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
Educational Background: A background in Commerce or Finance (e.g. ) is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate possesses strong data skills.
Technical & Operational Skills
Spreadsheet Proficiency (Mandatory): Strong skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets are required. Candidates must be proficient in the usage of filters basic formulas and Excel functionalities.
Data Entry Skills: High proficiency in data entry is required with an emphasis on speed and precision.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors inconsistencies or missing information in data.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2BB2CSaas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 3-5 years of experience with any of these skills ( DeveloperQA Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA Trello or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
