You will join our Global Data & Analytics department 

As our new Business Analyst you will play a global strategic role delivering new solutions offered to Rambolls global business units. Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a team working out of the Chennai office. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.  

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: 

• Managing stakeholders and their expectations advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategy 

• Collaborating closely with business process and systems/product owners 

• Take lead in the initial detailed analysis and design phase of new global projects 

• Gathering maturing and documenting business requirements in global projects translating user needs into user stories 

• Engage and work closely with our SCRUM teams 

• Keep the product backlog groomed and up to date together with the Product Owners 

• Developing the project brief (including project plan and efforts for the detailed analysis and design phase business case development) 

• Relaying and communicating requirements to external collaborators and senior management  

• Supporting development of guidance and training material to support the business implementation 

• Validating solutions through technical test plans and through facilitation of UAT workshops with end users 

• Supporting the full project lifecycle: from project initiation to prioritization of requirements and user stories to test management and delivery

• Bachelors degree in business Data Analytics Statistics Information Technology or a related field. A masters degree is a plus 

• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a similar role 

• Strong interest and previous experience in UX optimization and automation of processes and data flows

• The ability to understand and navigate a complex relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives
