Our client is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager Earthworks & Ground Improvement to lead the technical delivery of bulk earthworks geotechnical design and ground improvement works across a complex multi-site project environment.
This is a senior leadership role suited to an engineering professional who thrives at the intersection of design construction methodology risk management and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering teams managing design development coordinating investigations and monitoring programs and ensuring engineering solutions align with construction staging and delivery strategies.

Deep understanding of geotechnical risk and complex ground conditions
