Join Westpac as an Executive Manager Divisional Compliance providing senior secondline compliance leadership across our Consumer and Customer & Corporate Services (CCS) divisions
Whats the role
In this role youll lead divisional compliance oversight across Consumer and CCS ensuring our retail banking products services and customer processes meet regulatory requirements and align with the Group Compliance Framework. Youll partner with senior leaders to provide strategic compliance advice influence key decisions and uplift capability across the divisions.
You will oversee compliance risk assessments support regulatory and business change and strengthen governance through highquality insights and reporting. You will also provide expert guidance on Consumer products and CCS operations while maintaining appropriate independence and challenge.
This permanent fulltime role can be based in Sydney Melbourne or Adelaide placing you at the centre of compliance excellence for our Consumer and CCS businesses.
