As Compliance Frameworks Manager in our 2 LOD Division youll be key in oversighting the Groups compliance with privacy laws and is responsible for the monitoring and review of the end-to-end compliance lifecycle including compliance breaches privacy impact assessments compliance monitoring second line compliance plans and regulatory change.
This role will also be providing compliance advice and challenging the business in how they identify and manage compliance obligations incidents and risks.
Beyond your expert understanding of Privacy Act and Regulations were seeking to see how you promote behaviours that foster a good risk and compliance culture; support the business to drive sound compliance practice promote continuous maturity and build a reputation as a trusted advisor with internal external stakeholders and regulators.
