Role Overview
As theProcess GovernanceAnalystin the Target Plusteamyou willfocus ondriving continuous improvement implementing governance structures and using data analyticstooptimizeoperations and ensure compliance. The role involves a blend of process mapping project management and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Optimization:Identifyopportunities to increase efficiency reduce costs and standardize workflows using Lean Six-Sigma concepts and other continuous improvement methodologies. This includes performingprocessand value stream mapping root cause analysis and Kaizen events.
Governance and Compliance:Design and implement governance structures and mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This might involve supporting audits managing risk andmaintainingdocumentation for internal controls.
Data Analysis & Reporting:Utilizeadvanced data analysis skills (SQL Excel BI tools like Tableau) to dive deep into complex data uncover actionable insights and develop metrics and dashboards tomonitorperformance and compliance.
Project and Program Management:Deliver moderately complex process improvement projects from initiation to delivery ensuring they meet specified timelines and deliver expected results (ROI customer satisfaction).
Stakeholder Management & Influence:Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Legal HR Finance Operations Tech teams) and senior leaders to gather requirementsalign ongoals influence change and resolve conflicts.
Automation & Standardization:Identifyand implement opportunities for automation of reports and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Education:Abachelors degree in business Finance Engineering Data Science or a related analytical field is typically. An advanced degree or relevantcertifications(e.g. Lean Six SigmaGreen/Black Belt CPA) are preferred.
Experience:
Significant experience(typically 5 years for Senior Analyst roles) in process improvement program/project management operations or compliance roles.
Experience working with large complex datasets andproficiencywith data analysis tools like SQL Excel and data visualization platforms.
Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
KeyCompetencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep and perform critical thinking.
