Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Governance & Privacy Specialist (Contractual) to lead and oversee IT governance data privacy and compliance initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in governance frameworks such as COBIT ISO standards and other industry best practices ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT governance data governance and privacy programs across the organization
Design assess and implement governance frameworks including COBIT ISO (ISO 27001 ISO 27701 ISO 38500 etc.) and other relevant standards
Oversee compliance assessments audits and gap analyses and drive remediation plans
Ensure data privacy controls and policies are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Develop maintain and enforce governance policies procedures and controls
Collaborate with IT Security Risk Legal and Business teams to ensure consistent governance practices
Monitor governance KPIs risk indicators and compliance metrics
Provide guidance and advisory support to senior leadership on governance risk and compliance matters
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance maturity
Additional Information :
Required Qualifications & Experience
7 years of experience in IT Governance Data Governance and Compliance
Strong hands-on experience with COBIT ISO frameworks and governance assessments
Proven experience in governance framework implementation and maturity assessments
Solid understanding of data privacy principles and regulatory compliance
Experience working in senior or lead governance roles
