To deliver a strategic and insight-driven talent acquisition service by executing end-to-end sourcing assessment and hiring activities for the BU/Country leveraging effective sourcing channels workforce analytics governance frameworks and strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization attracts and deploys the right talent at the right time.
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring quality delivery governance compliance with P&C policies and a positive candidate experience.
- Analyse hiring trends workforce data and business forecasts to provide insights that support strategic workforce planning and talent decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing market intelligence and optimisation of digital and traditional recruitment channels.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements influence hiring decisions and provide advisory support across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Identify and implement opportunities to digitise and enhance Talent Acquisition processes to improve efficiency accuracy and speed of delivery.
Qualifications :
- A First Degree in Human resource Management or a related field
- 810 years demonstrated experience within Talent Acquisition Recruitment or Business Partnering with evidence of active participation in the recruitment cycle
- At least 3 years at HR Leadership / Management Level
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods recruitment systems data quality standards and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with senior & executive level stakeholders providing insights advisory support and managing competing business needs.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with the ability to interpret recruitment data and support decision-making.
