The Cash Manager will be accountable for driving the design delivery and evolution of collections payments and liquidity managements solutions. The role combines product ownership client-centric design and deep business analysis; translating client and regulatory needs into scalable product capabilities managing the product roadmap and collaborating with Sales Technology Finance Operations Risk and the Data Office to deliver high-impact solutions
- Design and manage the delivery of new capabilities based on client needs and drive uptake to achieve business case commercial objectives.
- Own payments-related components of client pitches by providing timely comprehensive and tailored input backed by data insights
- Translate client journeys and operational workflows into clear user stories documented process flows and functional specifications. Act as the bridge between Business stakeholders and Technology and ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately
- Participate in planning UAT and production sessions as Subject Matter Expert / Product Owner; ensuring blockers are addressed.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management with various business partners (Sales Teams Group stakeholders Internal Control Operations IT Finance etc)
- Ensure the end-to-end product value chain is efficient proactively optimizing solutions to deliver seamless client experience along the lifecycle of the various products.
- Perform revenue assurance evolve the product pricing strategies and ensure commercial viability across the solutions or client relationships
Qualifications :
- A First Degree in Finance and Accounting / Commerce / Statistics / Economics / Technology
- Professional certification in Treasury Management / Cash Management / Payments / Project Management will be an added advantage
Experience
- At least 6 years experience in transactional banking with the ability to articulate the TxB value proposition in a compelling fashion to client and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates an understanding of single market trends and contribute to the identification and implementation of multiple market enhancing solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a function or product including planning budgeting managing profit and loss relationship management and client analysis
- Payments product experience owning product lifecycle and end-to-end value chain preferably in Corporate or Commercial Banking
- Experience in partnerships with FINTECHs in the domestic or cross border payments space
- Experience in Business Analysis
