Job Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Manager role holder is accountable for scouting developing and managing relationships with partners who accelerate the Banks ambition to step into new lines of business and bring additional strength to our existing core business multiplying the value of our solutions.


In this role you would be responsible for cross-functional coordination creative problem solving developing partnerships and value-creating partnerships structures and leading engagement strategy and negotiations with Bank strategic partners. The role holder will have a keen understanding of complex commercial contracts intellectual property and commercialization of new ventures.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field

Masters degree in business finance or a related field would be an added advantage

8-10 years experience influencing and managing partners and structuring and negotiating agreements

Proven experience in driving strategic commercial partnerships in financial services and adjacent industries DFIs and FinTechs

Ability to navigate ambiguity by applying structure and principles and distilling to the essence for concise presentations and decisions

Strong analytical skills ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Knowledge and comfort with negotiation and commercializing commercial partnerships contracts and the ability to creatively solve for complex situations

Knowledge of licensing and intellectual property a plus

Ambitious resourceful meticulous curious adaptable and analytical in a dynamic and uncertain environment
