- Manage analyze resolve and close infrastructure-related IT tickets within agreed SLA targets following incident and problem management processes.
- Provide hands-on support for receiving installation replacement disposal and inventory management of network devices.
- Perform labeling and structured cabling operations cabinet reorganization/renewal and switch replacement activities.
- Support fiber cabling installation maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in conducting and supporting Wi-Fi surveys and related wireless infrastructure tasks.
- Participate in new IT roll-out and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Ensure network operations comply with company IT standards security policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network assets cabling and infrastructure changes.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with external service providers and vendors when required.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives.
- Support daily IT infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Information Technologies Electronics Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent technical experience).
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in network support cabling and infrastructure services.
- Practical experience with network devices (switches access points routers) installation replacement and inventory management.
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards labeling cabinet organization and fiber cabling support.
- Experience supporting Wi-Fi surveys and basic wireless infrastructure activities.
- Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-based incident and problem management processes.
- Ability to coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in operational environments.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Turkish; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage.
