Your Role: Community Director
As the Community Director you will oversee all aspects of property operations for Rosewood a beautiful Lewis community in Redlands CA. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and management programs that maintain optimum occupancy levels drive income supervise staff and deliver excellent customer service.
What Youll Do:
Provide consistent leadership to Leasing Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff
Oversee budgets financial reporting and property marketing initiatives
Hire motivate train monitor and reward employees
Review and analyze reports variances occupancy levels and market trends
Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction and retention
Utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word Excel) to manage operations efficiently
What Were Looking For:
3 years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities
Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of landlord/tenant law Fair Housing regulations and HAP programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and property management software
Valid drivers license preferred
Compensation & Perks:
The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $29-$32/ per hour for this role with actual compensation based on skills experience location and business needs.

Schedule: Regular days off for this position are Saturday and Sunday. Hours are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
