Background
The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong. We have 22 schools in Hong Kong from Kindergartens to Secondary Schools. We hire well over 1000 teachers from across the globe and educate over 18000 students from more than 60 nationalities. The Human Resources Department of the English Schools Foundation headquarters is looking for HR Interns.
Job details as below:
- Create easy to follow tutorials on how to use various aspects of the new system.
- Assist to drive change across schools and implement the brand new system.
- Understand the system and be part of the troubleshooting team.
- Assist the project team with data analytics and data entry as we gear towards the next phase of the project. A perfect role if you love Excel or want to develop your skills in this area.
- Managingproject reports andspreadsheets with high-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist with various ESF HR projects such as new employee orientation induction our on-boarding programmeand policy updating. Our interns are known for having more fun than is almost humanly possible.
Requirements
- Studying in HR Business Administration or General Management related or relevant subjects in a University Bachelors Degree programme
- Good computer skills
- Good verbal and written English
- Team player willing to learn
- Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills
