Job Summary
- Work with business SMEs to gather requirements across origination credit assessment documentation disbursement servicing and collections.
- Prepare functional specifications workflows use cases and system configuration requirements.
- Support solution design for commercial and retail lending products ensuring alignment with credit policy and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with vendor and technical teams for system configuration API mapping and integration design.
- Facilitate UAT planning test case creation defect management and cutover readiness.
- Conduct gap analysis and contribute to enhancements for LOS/LMS and core banking modules.
- Lead workshops stakeholder discussions and walkthroughs with Operations Risk Credit and Technology teams.
