Your work profile
Roles and Responsibilities
ØBe accountable for end-to-end project oversight and delivery outcomes under Clients ePMO governance framework.
ØAct as the primary interface for project sponsors and business stakeholders.
ØManage project definition scoping requirements process mapping and documentation.
ØDeliver project change management business readiness and adoption activities.
ØProvide technical and solution design leadership.
ØManage project governance scheduling cost risk and performance reporting.
ØTrack and manage benefits realization and lead post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement activities.
ØLeverage data and AI to inform project decisions and performance optimization.
ØTrack contractual KPIs and XLAs ensuring consistent delivery standards transparency and accountability across all engagements.
ØUnderstand the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and how to apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework.
ØManage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex IT projects ensuring adherence to scope budget and timelines.
ØDevelop Project Charter project plans including detailed scope budget and schedule baselines.
ØEstablish appropriate project governance and assurance meticulously monitoring progress managing risks issues and dependencies (internal and external) and ensuring readiness for change.
ØProvide clear concise and regular delivery reports metrics and measurements to stakeholders including senior management and clients.
ØProactively identify and mitigate project risks and impediments addressing root causes and developing effective remediation plans.
ØOversee project financials tracking budget variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
ØManage changes in project scope costs resources and timing within established governance and change control processes.
ØEnsure quality project standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation and use of approved processes methodologies and deliverables.
ØManage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies as required.
ØProactively identify and remove obstacles or impediments that may hinder the teams progress escalating when necessary.
ØFoster a culture of transparency trust open communication and continuous improvement within the teams.
ØEncourage team self-organization and accountability for their decisions and commitments.
ØChampion the adoption of DevOps practices test automation and CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
ØParticipate in and assist with larger Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe) activities including PI planning events as applicable.
Key skills required
Overall 8 to 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry of which at least 6-8 years should have been in a Project Manager and Scrum Master role.
ØBE/BTech MBA (Preferred)
ØCertifications like PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/Prince2/SAFe is preferred.
ØShould have experience in
oAzure Devops
oCloud implementations/migrations
oData center set up/migrations
oAWS
oCISCO networks
ØGood understanding on SDLC phases and deliverables.
ØUnderstanding of Project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and Agile)
ØKnowledge and experience of other agile lean and DevOps approaches (e.g. XP Kanban TDD continuous integration continuous delivery automation etc.)
ØHands on experience on any project management tool such as ADO Jira MPP Clarity PowerBI etc.
ØExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
ØAbility to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional diplomatic and tactful manner.
