Job Summary

Job Title : Sr Manager - Packaging Procurement

Experience : 12-20 Years

Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead packaging procurement and define sourcing strategies.
Monitor market trends optimize spend and manage supplier relationships.
Negotiate contracts ensure compliance and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and packaging innovation.
Lead sustainability initiatives and manage supplier audits and risk assessments.

Requisites:

Strong background in packaging procurement or supply chain sourcing.
Knowledge of packaging materials vendor management and cost optimization.
Excellent negotiation analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance sustainability and procurement systems.
Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain Business Management or related field; packaging knowledge is a plus.
