Hiring for Senior Social Media Executive for waste management company at Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative analytical and strategic Senior Social Media Executive to lead and manage our brands presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media planning content creation brand communication and data-driven decision- making. This role involves driving engagement increasing brand visibility and executing high-impact digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
Manage daily posting scheduling and community engagement across platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X/Twitter YouTube TikTok etc.
Create curate and coordinate engaging contentgraphics reels stories videos and campaign assets.
Monitor digital trends conversations and competitor activity to produce timely and relevant content.
Collaborate closely with design marketing and content teams for cohesive brand communication.
Manage paid ad campaigns and boost posts when required.
Track KPIs analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful social media reports.
Coordinate influencer collaborations brand tie-ups giveaways and partnership activities (as applicable).
Handle social media crisis communication and support brand reputation management.
Mentor guide and support junior executives or interns.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Media or a related field.
4 years of proven experience in social media management for brands or agencies.
Strong command over visual storytelling brand positioning and content strategy.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva Social Pilot Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Google Analytics etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly creative detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
Experience with paid media campaigns is an added advantage.
