Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and hires high-quality candidates.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient workforce management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
