A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Scrum Master on behalf of a client that is driving significant transformation within the investment and digital technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional who excels at guiding teams strengthening Agile capability and enabling the delivery of high-value products through a modern scalable platform environment.

In this role the Scrum Master will act as a servant leader coach facilitator and catalyst for team growth. The successful candidate will ensure teams are aligned self-organising and consistently improving while supporting product delivery through effective Agile practices.

Key Duties:

  • Support multiple Scrum teams by facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives and release planning
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles Scrum practices and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and create a safe collaborative environment where issues can be raised without judgement
  • Guide teams towards higher levels of maturity and self-organisation
  • Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation
  • Ensure transparency through clear communication reporting and progress tracking
  • Identify risks early and support the management of delays issues and dependencies
  • Encourage Agile engineering practices including continuous integration automated testing and DevOps-aligned delivery
  • Drive alignment across teams and contribute to Agile communities of practice
  • Champion innovation team empowerment and improvements in Agile ways of working

Minimum Requirements:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • At least two years of experience in a Scrum Master role supporting software development teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods and techniques (e.g. User Stories TDD ATDD CI/CD automated testing)
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices and tools
  • Proven experience coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Strong presentation communication and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of investment or financial services products (advantageous)
  • Experience with project delivery in an enterprise Agile environment
