The Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a critical role in delivering the integration and transformation program that will shape the future of our organisation. Youll ensure efficient resource allocation robust governance and comprehensive reporting to keep our program on track. Working closely with the Program Director and senior stakeholders youll make sure every milestone is met on time and within budget.

Your Impact

  • Drive the portfolio of projects that support integration and business objectives.
  • Oversee program delivery ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are managed.
  • Partner with change leaders to embed practices that enable seamless integration and value creation.
  • Allocate resources effectively across personnel budgets and tools.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track progress risks and issues.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Uplift capability by improving delivery frameworks and embedding lessons learned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Business Finance or related field.
  • 710 years experience in project management ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Proven success leading complex organisational change programs.
  • Advanced leadership stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Expertise in risk management and governance frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) highly regarded.
