Job Summary

Plan and deliver the Army University Leadership Development Programme inline to the Unit training plan.

Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by applying innovative thought process.

Provide advice and guidance on the planning and delivery of unit military training to sub units.

Enforcement of Health Safety and Environmental regulations and policies appertaining to training and or facilities.

Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.

All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the XO or Trg Offr.

Communicate the values and ethos of the British Army.
