LTC Operations Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

Job Description:

• Serve as a resource to Long Term Care leaders staff and external partners working collaboratively to identify needs build relationships and support effective operations and onboarding experiences.
• Receive respond to and route inquiries in a timely and professional manner escalating through appropriate channels when needed to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate the collection validation tracking and maintenance of required compliance documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to final review or approval.
• Support the coordination execution and monitoring of assigned programs initiatives and operational practices within Long Term Care.
• Maintain organized records trackers and documentation to support compliance reporting and operational continuity.
• Prepare correspondence forms reports and other written communications to support leadership operational needs and ongoing initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling meeting coordination follow-ups and action tracking to support leaders and workgroups.
• Identify process gaps recurring issues or opportunities for improvement and communicate observations to appropriate leaders.
• Support cross-departmental coordination by working with clinical operational HR finance and other internal partners as needed.
