At Podme were building the most compelling destination for premium podcasts and audiobooks in the Nordics. Our Swedish team is now looking for a curious insights-driven and creative doer to help us optimize how content appears in our app while also supporting our daily content operations.
This role is based in Stockholm and offers a hybrid setup with regular time together in our modern office in Kungsbrohuset. Its perfect for someone early in their career whos eager to learn thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company. Your work will span from planning creative app placements to hands-on content operations which means no two weeks look the same and thats part of the fun! Youll be guided by our Head of Content Operations and collaborate closely with executive producers marketers product managers and data experts. Were a collaborative team that lifts each other up brings ideas to the table and keeps momentum moving forward.

What Youll Do
Youll support our content operations while shaping the way listeners discover their next favorite podcast or audiobook. You will:
- Support and execute Podmes content curation strategy for both podcasts and audiobooks using a mix of editorial judgment and insights.
- Shape and elevate the in-app experience by turning strategy into reality refining content placement writing scroll-stopping headlines and optimizing recommendations that drive discovery.
- Keep our content engine running smoothly by coordinating content calendars tracking asset delivery and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle a wide mix of daily operational tasks from scheduling promotional placements to running performance reports.
- Support the refinement of internal processes and documentation to make our content operations more efficient and scalable over time.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to evolve how we present content so the experience feels seamless engaging and habit-forming for our audience.
Skills & Requirements
What we are looking for
We believe this role suits someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience who is ready to take on more responsibility grow with the role and help shape how audiences discover and engage with our content in our app.
- Experience in content marketing media or similar fields where planning analyzing and presenting content is a key part of the work.
- Curious and data-driven with a passion for testing experimentation and using insights to improve performance. Genuinely excited about improving content discovery user journeys and listener engagement.
- A hands-on doer who is structured efficient and a creative problem-solver. You thrive in a fast-growing environment where roles and processes evolve.
- A strong communicator with a talent for writing scroll-stopping headlines.
- Someone who naturally follows trends in audio and stays informed about developments in the news and the wider media landscape.
- Experience with content curation audience development or CMS tools is a plus.
- Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage but not required.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
