è responsabile per lesecuzione della propria partita
sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate

Inside the restaurant and under the supervision of the Executive Chef:
is responsible for the execution of his own game
chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
 

Qualifications :

Diploma o qualifica in ambito alberghiero
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno due anni maturata in ristoranti gourmet/stellati R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
Buona competenza nella preparazione delle paste fresche e ripiene esperienza nel manipolare pesce e
carne
Completano il profilo: velocità di apprendimento elasticità dedizione la lavoro pulizia ed ordine
passione spirito di squadra

Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector
Fluent in Italian language
Experience in the role of at least two years gained in gourmet/starred restaurants R&C and/or 4/5 * hotels
Good competence in the preparation of fresh and stuffed pasta experience in handling fish and meat
Complete the profile: learning speed flexibility dedication to work cleanliness and order passion team
