To lead the collections function for the Pune region by ensuring timely recovery of customer payments maintaining low ageing of receivables and supporting business cash flow targets. The role involves close coordination with CRM Sales Legal and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the companys financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections & MIS

  • Prepare AOP / CBE Collection Target
  • Track and report progress against collection AOP CBE & efficiency across projects and teams
  • Conduct Collections & Efficiency Reviews
  • Consolidate updates from Team Leaders (TLs) and maintain real-time dashboards
  • Develop aging reports bucket analysis and delinquency trends

Lead Follow-ups & CRM

  • Coordinate follow-ups on REDCo leads to ensure timely conversion
  • Follow up with team to generate REDCo leads
  • Conducting review on the Leads generated and status

Strategic Reporting

  • Conduct weekly zonal review meetings with RCCHS
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards for senior leadership
  • Support MD reviews with actionable insights and performance summaries
  • Benchmark collection performance

Billing & Operations

  • Collaborate with operations and site teams to track milestone billing
  • Validate billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing
  • Escalate billing discrepancies or delays

Registrations & Cancellations

  • Track customer registrations and ensure compliance with timelines
  • Conduct registrations reviews
  • Conduct cancellation analysis to identify root causes and financial impact
  • Recommend strategies to reduce cancellations and improve retention

Cash Flow & Forecasting

  • Assist in cash flow forecasting based on collection trends
  • Highlight potential shortfalls and suggest corrective actions
  • Support treasury and finance teams with real-time data

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with legal finance CRM and operations teams for end-to-end visibility
  • Act as a bridge between field teams and management for strategic alignment

Who are we looking for

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 1015 yearsof relevant experience in Collections / Customer Accounts / Receivables Management preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of RERA norms real estate billing and recovery processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel SAP and CRM systems.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
