Job Description – Regulatory & Risk Programs Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in regulatory-driven programs risk management

frameworks and compliance initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in interpreting regulatory

mandates embedding risk and control practices into delivery and managing programs where security privacy

and compliance are core drivers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory alignment

operational resilience and timely delivery of regulator-facing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Regulatory Projects

oLead programs driven by regulatory mandates (e.g. remediation supervisory findings compliance

transformations).

oInterpret regulatory intent and translate it into actionable program scope milestones and

deliverables.

oManage regulator-facing commitments including evidence preparation reporting and audit readiness.

•Risk Management & Controls

oDesign and embed operational risk frameworks into program delivery.

oEnsure effective control design testing and validation.

oOversee the issue management lifecycle: identification remediation validation and closure.

oPartner with risk and compliance teams to ensure governance standards are met.

•Security Data Privacy & Compliance

oManage initiatives involving information security requirements and enterprise compliance controls.

oEnsure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g. data protection consent retention).

oCollaborate with stakeholders to embed security and privacy considerations into program design and

execution.

•Stakeholder Management

oEngage with regulators auditors and internal governance teams to ensure transparency and

compliance.

oFacilitate workshops document requirements and align cross-functional teams on regulatory

priorities.
