We are looking for an experienced ApplicationSupport Consultant to work in a production-oriented business-critical environmentensuring high availabilityreliability and performance of applications within the banking and financial services role combines traditional applicationsupport with a modernreliability-first and automation-driven mindset.

Provide User& Incident Support including ticket intake triage and resolution(incidents service requests problems)
Communicate incident status resolutions andworkarounds clearly to business users
Contribute to monitoring and alertingenabling early detection of performance degradation
Support healthchecks and observability tools such as Dynatrace New Relic or Prometheus
Prepare pre-productionand production environments supporting releases and change management
Participate in post-incident reviews (post-mortems)including root-cause analysis andpreventive actions
Build and maintain knowledge base documentationFAQs and how-to articles
Collaborate closely with Application Support Development CloudOperations and specialist teams
Propose processimprovements tooling enhancements and metric-driven optimizations
Minimum3 years of professional experience in Application Support orsimilar roles
Strong experience in IT Application Support (productionenvironments)
Proficiency in SQL Windows environments Ansible and Jenkins
Hands-on experience with Monitoring toolsespecially Dynatrace
Strong background in automation particularly Ansible
Solid understanding of Cloud fundamentals
ITILCertification mandatory
Strong behavioralcompetencies including resilienceteamwork and client focus
Innovativeand transformational mindset
FluentEnglish (written and spoken) mandatory
