Senior IT leader with the responsibility to transform the Wind ERP ecosystem through consolidating the entire Wind business into one single instance and then move to a cloud-based ERP solution making full use of the new technologies available.
Job Description
As ERP Transformation Leader you will be responsible to:
- Create and communicate a vision to transform the current Wind ERP ecosystem to a cloud-based ERP with modern technology footprint fully leveraging AI-capabilities.
- Oversee execution of the Oracle ERP (RACES) implementation across all Wind factories and prepare for the cloud migration to follow.
- Coordinate ERP Operations and Delivery teams against high standards of service.
- Lead process changes and the upscaling of the team to accelerate the ERP transformation initiative.
- Ensures business continuity during the migration to new systems for every implementation.
- Provide leadership for the cross-functional project teams with experts from Engineering Supply Chain Manufacturing Services Finance and the Digital Technology team
- Managing project timelines budgets and resources ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to leadership on the projects progress and impact.
- Drive integration programs for M&A initiatives
About You:
- Masters degree in engineering business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) leading transformation projects in an industrial environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP and manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Good knowledge of digital technologies and their application in manufacturing.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
