The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Process Analysis: Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements; assess workflows data and performance metrics to define target-state processes using analytics and AI-assisted insights.
- Transformation Execution Support: Partner with project managers and process engineers to translate requirements into deliverables and support execution through implementation.
- Insights Reporting & Decision Support: Develop business cases dashboards KPIs and executive summaries using data visualization and AI-assisted analysis to support decision-making and benefits realization.
- Change & Adoption Enablement: Support change initiatives by documenting future-state processes preparing training materials and enabling adoption of digital automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT Operations HR Finance and other stakeholders to align business objectives with transformation initiatives.
- Responsible AI & Data Usage: Apply AI analytics and automation tools responsibly with awareness of data quality privacy security and ethical considerations.
Expected Outcomes
- Deliver high-quality business requirement documents (BRDs) process maps and user stories with improved speed and accuracy.
- Enable transformation initiatives with measurable impact on cost quality efficiency or experience.
- Provide reliable dashboards and KPIs to improve project visibility and decision-making.
- Support effective adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in business analysis transformation or operations improvement roles.
- Proven ability to gather synthesize and translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (Visio Lucidchart Miro) and data visualization platforms (Power BI Tableau Excel).
- Experience with requirements management process documentation and change enablement.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies Lean/Six Sigma or project management frameworks preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Systems or related field.
