2 years of recent acute care leadership in Critical Care
ICU leadership experience preferred
Large hospital system experience preferred
Charge Nurse experience alone not accepted
Licensure/Certifications:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MICU operations and staffing
Develop and improve policies procedures and quality initiatives
Collaborate with hospital leaders and medical staff
Conduct Nurse Leader Rounding to support patient experience
Maintain readiness for regulatory and quality standards
