Nurse Manager MICU (Critical Care)
Location: Dallas TX
Schedule: Full-Time Days
Compensation
Salary: $84849 $127274 (based on experience)

Role Summary
The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the MICU ensuring high-quality patient care strong team performance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Education:
Required: BSN
Preferred: Masters degree
Experience:
2 years of recent acute care leadership in Critical Care
ICU leadership experience preferred
Large hospital system experience preferred
Charge Nurse experience alone not accepted
Licensure/Certifications:
Active Texas or Compact RN license
BLS & ACLS required
CCRN/CNRN preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MICU operations and staffing
Develop and improve policies procedures and quality initiatives
Collaborate with hospital leaders and medical staff
Conduct Nurse Leader Rounding to support patient experience
Maintain readiness for regulatory and quality standards
