Position - Case Manager Shift - Monday - Friday 0830-1700 No Call Requirements Floating as a case manager to any inpatient unit Weekend Requirements: Weekend coverage needed for 4/11 4/12 5/9 & 5/10 - will work weekend day in replacement of a weekday shift if scheduled Acute Hospital Experience Required Epic Experience REQUIRED 2 Years of Experience Required - unit will accept first time travelers Locals Accepted - no change in bill rate!
