Job Summary

Position: General Manager – Operations

Location: Tirupur Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Technology / Garment Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience: Minimum 10–20 Years Experience in Knitted Garment Manufacturing At-least 5 Years in Senior Managerial Role.

Salary: 12 LPA - 20 LPA

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading planning and controlling all operational functions of a knitted garment export unit. This includes production planning quality merchandising coordination compliance factory audits workforce management and cost efficiency.

Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge in production quality PPC and garment export procedures.
2. Excellent communication in Hindi and Tamil; English proficiency is mandatory.
3. Expertise in dealing with multi-location units and handling large teams.
4. Deep understanding of buyer compliance standards and audit protocols.
5. Hands-on experience with ERP & Excel.
