Core Function: Drive growth by attracting qualifying and signing new salon and wellness franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:

Hit Sales Targets: Achieve aggressive monthly/quarterly goals for new franchisee acquisitions and initial revenue.

Expand Markets: Identify and develop new territories for brand expansion.

Manage Pipeline: Cultivate and convert leads efficiently ensuring high satisfaction for prospective franchisees.

Ensure Quality: Recruit franchisees who align with our brand standards and possess strong business potential.

Engage Prospects: Be the primary contact guiding candidates through the sales and due diligence process.
