What you will do:
Strategic Campaign Development:
Design and implement innovative advertising strategies tailored to client goals focusing on performance marketing and brand-building objectives.
Customize campaigns to address the unique needs of Indian and US markets leveraging local market insights.
Identify opportunities for growth across platforms introducing clients to emerging trends and capabilities.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience segmentation creative strategy and budget allocation.
Utilize A/B testing data analysis and platform insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and update strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic recommendations aligned with their business objectives.
Provide clear and actionable performance reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Market Intelligence & Innovation:
Monitor trends new advertising formats and innovations in social media marketing to integrate fresh ideas into campaigns.
Proactively explore beta features and platform advancements to test and scale innovative approaches.
Team Leadership:
Build mentor and lead a high-performing team of social media advertising specialists.
Foster a culture of creativity innovation and excellence within the team.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices and tools.
Requirements
8 years of experience in paid social media advertising with a focus on Meta platform.
Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success in both India and US markets.
Experience in industries such as Automobile Real Estate Retail BFSI FMCG and E-commerce.
In-depth knowledge of: Audience segmentation and advanced targeting techniques Ad bidding strategies and optimization.
Tools such as Meta Ads Manager Ads Library Meta Business Suite etc.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Strong leadership experience with a focus on team building and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication skills for client management and internal coordination.
Meta Blueprint Certification can be an added advantage.
