Job Summary

Position: Marketing Communications Head

CTC: Up to 14 LPA (based on experience & fit)

Location: Kolkata

Experience:

10–15 years in Marketing / Branding / Communications

Must have held leadership roles such as Marketing Head / Branding Head / Marketing Communications Head or equivalent

Role Snapshot:

End-to-end ownership of marketing communications with 70% focus on digital & performance marketing

Strong exposure to branding ATL/BTL events project marketing and corporate communication

Responsible for campaign strategy ROI analytics CRM workflows website communication and brand consistency

Lead and manage internal teams agencies vendors and marketing budgets

Preferred Background:

Real Estate or Advertising Agencies preferred

FMCG / consumer-driven industries may be considered

Skill Requirements:

Strong expertise in digital platforms (Meta Google LinkedIn) SEO/SEM analytics and CRM

Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Well-versed in Excel PPT dashboards and reporting

Creative analytical strategic and execution-focused

Location & Fitment:
