You will be pivotal growth-focused leader responsible for accelerating commercial success across the region by developing and executing a dynamic sales and marketing strategy for the Surgery portfolio. You will lead a high-impact cross-functional team (sales clinical and marketing) inspiring and motivating both internal and external stakeholders and building a high-performing culture. You will be instrumental in winning hearts and minds forging strong relationships with key customers channel partners and industry stakeholders and driving sustainable growth in orders revenue and margin.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual targets for orders revenue and margin.
  • Lead sales forecasting and execution in alignment with LCT and Zone strategies.
  • Define and implement the Surgery modality portfolio strategy including pricing positioning and configuration.
  • Ensure rigorous use of CRM tools (e.g. SFDC) for pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build develop and maintain robust long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders channel partners and industry organizations across AKA.
  • Proactively cultivate solid industry partnerships to enhance market presence and unlock new opportunities.
  • Analyze market dynamics competition and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer providing feedback to international marketing and product teams.
  • Lead product positioning and differentiation efforts ensuring alignment with customer value propositions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Sales Specialists Clinical Application Specialists and Marketing professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration empowerment and continuous improvement.
  • Build capabilities within the team to drive excellence and adaptability.
  • Set clear priorities for customer targeting product demonstrations and site visits.
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement through regular feedback and recognition.

Marketing & Strategic Execution

  • Collaborate with International Modality teams to define and execute marketing strategies campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and report on market trends share and pricing to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives to the sales force and other stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality regulatory and EHS standards.
  • Coordinate tender responses and documentation in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Maintain a robust quality system and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in MedTech sales or marketing preferably in radiology imaging or surgical environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (sales clinical and marketing) across diverse geographies.
  • Strong strategic thinking negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Technical understanding of surgical workflows and operating room environments; clinical knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the AKA region (up to 40%).
  • Demonstrated cultural understanding and ability to adapt strategies for both direct and indirect market environments.
