We are looking for Information Technology Executiveto join our team!
As the Information Technology Executive we rely on you to:
- Manage and maintain all information systems IT applications and IT hardware to ensure reliable and secure IT Operations
- Establish and operate the information data centre in accordance to Shangri-La Group ITs guidelines and policies to support business continuity
- Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications align with evolving business needs to optimize IT performance.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption to maintain competitive advantage
- Deliver timely IT support and conduct training sessions for users to enhance their technology proficiency and operational efficiency
We are looking for someone who:
- Relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure in a hospitality or related environment
- Certification in Information Technology or a related discipline demonstrating foundational IT knowledge discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse users and teams
- Passion for Information Technology with a proactive approach to adopting pioneering technologies
