Role: HR Business Partner - WA

Location: East Victoria Park Perth

Employment Type: Permanent Part-time (19hrs a week)

Hybrid working at least 1 day per week in the office

As a HR Business Partner (Internal title People Specialist) youll play a pivotal role in bringing our People Strategy to life. Youll partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture drive engagement and ensure our people practices deliver meaningful experiences across the organisation.

Youll be a trusted advisor a change champion and a culture ambassador - helping leaders connect people strategy to business outcomes while influencing positive organisational culture.

Your Impact:

• Partner with leaders to embed critical people practices that foster accountability and high performance
• Coach and empower leaders to build capability and create positive team cultures aligned with Goodstart values
• Use data and insights to guide decision-making and deliver effective people solutions
• Lead annual people planning identify talent risks and support succession planning
• Collaborate across the People & Culture team to implement initiatives that strengthen engagement and organisational culture

In addition you will:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Law or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a business partner with strong business acumen
• Expertise in change management and/or project management is highly regarded
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders building trusted partnerships
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Current WA Working with Children Check
