This newly created role is ideal for a systems minded HR leader who thrives at the intersection of technology operations and cross functional collaboration. Lead HRIS strategy vendor evaluation implementation testing and launch
Oversee payroll and benefits systems integrations upgrades and issue resolution
Optimize cross functional workflows to improve accuracy compliance and efficiency
Develop and maintain HR processes policies forms and documentation
Build dashboards and analytics for HR Finance and leadership insights
Drive change management communication and training for new systems and tools
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field (required)
10 years of HR operations or HRIS experience including system implementation leadership
Experience with Workday UKG ADP SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms
Deep knowledge of payroll benefits HR compliance and HR technology best practices
Strong analytical project management and communication skills
Legal firm or professional services experience is a plus
